Changing applications dock icon

I just installed candybar and changed most of my icons. I was wondering if you knew how to change the applications dock icon?

When i 'get info' on the folder you can see the new icon, but this isn't the one that shows up in the dock

Try right=clicking on the stack and check Display as... > Folder. It looks like right now it's set to display as a stack.
