iMac screen mist / water vapor / condensation

I have only had my 24" iMac for a few weeks and the bottom right hand corner has started to gather water vapor to the extent that it has become transluscent!

help!!

Is this covered by the warranty / apple care?

By the way, I use my iMac indoors in a non-smoky environment.
 
This is a known issue for some on here. I would call Apple tech support and tell them about the problem. No this should not happen.
