Unable to change Lockscreen Wallpaper

I used to have no trouble changing my lockscreen wallpaper using Settings or Wallpaper (the application), but a few days ago, my lockscreen wallpaper changed itself to a wallpaper that I was no longer using. I tried to change it multiple times using Settings and Wallpaper, but it remains the same. I tried restarting my phone and even Reseting All Settings, and it still stays the same. I have SummerBoard 3.2 and Customize 2.0 beta 10 installed and have tried uninstalling them and reinstalling them, and that doesn't work either. I went into Customize and found that all of the themes that I have (including Original Backup) have the lockscreen wallpaper that I can't get rid of.

I would like to know how to make the lockscreen wallpaper blank, so that I can change it like I used to. I don't want to have to restore my phone again. Is there ANY way to solve this problem without restoring my phone?

SSH into your iPod with your normal program that you use.
Navigate to /private/var/mobile/library and delete the file named "LockBackground.jpg". Delete the file.
Then goto Settings>General>Wallpaper and select your desired wallpaper.

How exactly do I SSH into my iPhone? I dont know any commands. Could you give step-by-step instructions on how to do this?:o

are you using windows ? or OS X.

If you are on a mac, you can download cyberduck or transmit:
- get your IP address by going to settings > Wi-FI > then click on the arrow associated with the network you are connected to, you will then see the IP address
- use the sftp protocol, leave the port default 22, use "root" as the username and "alpine" as the password. then proceed just as I explained above.
- Navigate to /private/var/mobile/library and delete the file named "LockBackground.jpg"

The alternate way ( I have not tried but it should work) to install mobilefinder from installer.app. Then navigate to library , then scroll down to lockbackground.jpg and delete it. Your backgrounds are going to change form then on.

IT WORKED!!! Thank you SO MUCH! It was much easier than restoring or SSH-ing.

However, pressing the delete button didn't delete the file, so for people with this problem, here's how I fixed it:

I went into mobile finder and pressed the button on the very top right. Then, I pressed Library. Next, I scrolled all the way down and selected the file that said LockScreenWallpaper. Then I pressed File (which is on the bottom left). When I pressed delete, nothing happened, so instead, I pressed Move (on the bottom right). Next, I scrolled up and pressed Customize2. Then, I selected a theme that i was planning to delete and scrolled down to Wallpaper. I selected Wallpaper and pressed paste (on the bottom right). Then I Moved all of the Lock Screen Wallpapers from all of my themes to the Wallpaper folder in the theme that I was going to delete. Finally, I deleted the theme in Customize, but you don't need to delete the theme that you put the Lock Screen Wallpapers in, as long as you put them in the folder called Wallpaper. Well, I hope that clears up this mystery.

I was indeed looking for the file to delete to "unlock" the wallpaper on the iPhone.
