Help with MacBook- iSight not working on aMsn or iChat, any idea?

I have a MacBook and want to use my iSight. However, on several different programs I could see the other person, but I cannot get them to see me. I think it has to do with my laptop, for every time I go to send my webcam a few seconds later it says the person cancels. Help please?

I've got the same problem, I'm pretty sure that it's a firewall problem. I'm in the process of researching the problem because my brother, while he's at my house, can participate in an iChat with me just fine on my MacBook with his MacBook Pro. But when he goes home, it says that he canceled the connection, and it tells him that I've canceled the connection. We're both behind routers, so I'm sure that its just a firewall problem that I've yet to uncover.
