iPhones add-on to family possible only 9.99/line?

so if i am already an att customer with a total of 5 lines (2 + 3@9.99 each), can i get the new 3g iphones at 9.99 each too, just switch the sim cards. the other lines don't really need the data or txt plan that'd cost us $30/line (would purchase the iphones for the storage/wifi)
 
Just call AT&T.

I am rarely on hold for over a minute when I call, its free, and they would be able to give a quick and accurate answer.
 
You should be able to swap in the sim but be careful, as the phone can access EDGE data in the background, and will automatically try to use it when wifi isn't available. You could end up with a huge data bill.
