Not a fan of the self-crumbling ram disk that ziphone uses. Dangerous. Wi-fi issues with Ziphone either disappearing and the retarded practice of setting it to a static mac address that could be a problem if someone uses ziphone on their's and you are on the same wireless network.

Pwnage. Despite the stupid name, it's better to not bother with the on-the-fly methods, and it's vastly better made compared to ZiPhone.

Well.. PwnageTool was made by the iPhone Dev-Team! (I think that's a good enough reason on its own.)

Plus with all the extra features of the pwnagetool, why still use ZiPhone?

It's like.. original coding vs stolen coding!

Keeps a stable iPhone. I used Ziphone before Pwnage came out and had to restore on a number of occassions. I haven't had to restore once since using Pwnage.

I haven't had to restore once and I used ZiPhone the first day it hit the net.

I am confused by this statement. You make it seem like the software developers of the iPhone hack their own software in order to provide an unlock phone to the public.

they are completely different actually

ziphone modifies the firmware that is on the phone already

pwnage will go lower down on the device and allow for custom unsigned firmware

also both were written by the iphone dev team, zibri just made a pretty front end for it.

Pwnage lets you create a pre-hacked firmware file.

That means you can restore your iPhone with iTunes and it will already be hacked.

ZiPhone sucks.
