10.5.3 can't validate contents on my macbook?!?!

It won't install it. I clicked restart now after it was done downloading and then during the install it said validating contents and then it said it cant validate it so the update wont work?!?
What should i do?
 
im downloading it now but why do i need the combo updater if im already at 10.5.2???

I've downloaded 10.5.3 and here's the updates:
