after campaining vowing to get rid of "fraud and waste" in california, group sex arnold gives us the priority list of cuts for this "fraud and waste". top to the list includes:

-halt to enrolling children in the Healthy Families insurance program

-capping enrollment in a program that provides drugs to AIDS patients

-reducing fees to doctors who treat state-insured poor families

-eliminating food stamps for families just getting off welfare

- ending state money for music and art programs for the developmentally disabled.

looks like a whole lot of fraud and waste to me!

Of course there is absolutely no waste whatsoever when it comes to corporate welfare. Despite arnie's claims of bipartisanhip this is the biggest scam outside of DC. Shut down all programs for the poor and increase the ones for the rich......
