Can I make dylib with iPhone SDK

Hi There ,
I am planning to make an iPhone application. A portion of the application will be frequently changing. So I want to put that in a dylib and want to use that dylib in my main application.
Can I make dylib with iPhone SDK or will it be possible in the coming versions of iPhone SDKs?
Can I use any dylib in my application with existing iPhone SDk?
Any help in this reagrard is appreciated.
