I am wondering where Apple has placed the antennas for Airport in the Macbook. I was watching some old Stevenotes on Youtube and when Steve introduced the iBook G3 and Powerbook G4, he emphasized that the antennas are at the top of the screen for best reception. I am just curious, does Apple still follow this practice. I haven't heard them mention it in a while and I am wondering did they change that or do they not mention it because by now it goes without saying?

Thanks

Check out the Developers Website:

Hopefully, this helps.

They are the 2 wires coming off the top of the Airport card, right under the keyboard, and next to the I/O ports.

Yes - round the screen - the cable/antennas run up the left hand-side of the screen almost to the top.
