I hear ya' but I was wondering if their 3G iPhone on their website was the actual v2 3G iPhone??? It looks longer, yet slimmer. :eek::p

The breaking tag is a little misleading, it was published:

"8:25 AM on Tue May 20 2008 By jesusdiaz"

"We all suspected it, but now it is confirmed: someone very, very close to the 3G iPhone launch has told me that Apple will announce their new model at the WWDC Keynote on June 9th. The second-generation iPhone will be available worldwide right after the launch, and not at year's end, as previously thought. The new model will also herald new sales policies in some countries."

It's already been dissected - one problem being the referral to release at year's end - since when was that a widely held rumour?
Secondly, we know there is still debate over whether there will be announcement come the 9th, and staggered release. The AT&T no holiday time period is a week after the 9th for example...
