Putting document into folder desktop noise

On the desktop when I put a document in a folder for example, you usually hear a noise. Though whenever I do this now, I always get that 'springy' noise and not the other normal noise that accompanies it.

I haven't messed around, it just started to do it. Is there a way of changing it? cheers
