iPod touch Volume and kicked off Safari

Sometimes when i move the volume and let go the volume bar will jumo move up or down.😕

And sometime when I am on Safari it will kick me off and snd me to the home screen.😕


Help Please
 
same thing happens to me sometimes, the first problem i have no idea why that happens.

the second one, (i believe) is Safari can't load the images, there is too many, so it crashes.
