I've got quite a problem here... Long story short, my iPod touch was accidentally double -jailbroken using the ziPhone application. It doesn't boot into the firmware so I let the battery die off. But the second you plug it into the computer, the iPod tries to re-jailbreak itself. The dialouge that appears says something about a exec error but it flies by too quickly to tell. Now the firmware is completely wack-o and apple would notice the ziphone installer if I were to bring it in...... is it game over?:(

 Ignore this thread please!

Followed instructions HERE:

http://www.oscot.com/apple/how-to-make-an-itouch-with-bsd-root-md0-major-2-minor-0-work-again.html

...and now it works.

ANYONE WITH A PROBLEM JUST DO THIS! (get into the recovery mode and restore your iPod. (the instructions are in a video in the above link))

~Props to apple for making the iPod touches with a restore mode.:):apple::)
