iTunes and keyboard acting funny after 10.5.3 install

A couple times now, if I open iTunes, in my second display, and then go back to type in my browser, the key board comands iTunes, even after clicking on the browser window, it still seems to comand iTunes, only when I close iTunes does it work like normal.

Anybody else experience this?

It seems ok right now, but I'm not sure if it will happen again.
