Hi all

I have a few video files in .flv format & I want to put them on my ipod but have no idea how to do it? (I know how to put normal videos on an ipod)

I need to convert the .flv into another format (I presume), I just need to know what & probably more importantly how!!

Thanks in advance

try VisualHub (http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/video/visualhub.html) I use it for alot of conversion from a variety of formats.

But it doesn't autocrop though, which sucks.

Another option is FfmpegX, though I've never gotten it to actually work.

I also think Visual Hub was the best money I ever spent.

Can someone help me with this kind of flv files please? I tried TubeTV and it worked (kinda slow ><) for converting this for iPod. I'm still looking for something that can do flv to avi ><

I'm using Quicktime Pro with Perian and can edit pretty much any file that QT will open, aside from the occasional DRM equipped QT mpg.
