I just got an imac- so time to sell my G5 tower

It's in great condition- I used it for basic web browsing and some very simple editing in imovie. So the system isn't overused.

Case is still clean with no dents scratches or dings.
And I still have the original box

1.5 gig Ram
160gig HD

I'm in LA, Cali so local would mean no shipping charges- but I am willing to ship.

Make an offer.

How loud are the G5 towers? Sounds picky but I can't stand noise when I work!

I never noticed any noise just occasionally if I was trying to do a few things at once- or it was warm out- the fan would kick on.

It's not deadly silent- but I never had an issue with any noises.

Actually looking on Ebay- looks like this goes for about $600 or so without shipping.

I'd be willing to go for less though.

And I am willing to talk trades with cash on either side.

Some things I'm looking for: video cam either 3 chip or HD
HD TV 46" or over (obviously I'd pay more)

Or be creative!

Wow I can't believe someone else lives in West Virginia :D

Anyway about the G5.. could you post some more specs and maybe pictures? Also, is there anything else you are interested in trading for? Thanks.

Well as far as specs- it's really the exact specs that came with the original computer I have added nothing to it:

I actually just got a camera off woot today- so don't need that anymore. Not sure what I'd be looking for in a trade- there really isn't anything I need in terms of computer equipment as I already have hard drives and monitors.

I'd rather sell it for cash- but again, willing to listen to trades
