good lord...I don't know where to be amazed or be amazingly saddened. How many hours of practice did that take?

Can't see his hands for the entire thing and the first few seconds he isn't hitting the strummer thing so it's BS until I see it in person, or a better video that shows me the hands.

I got 69% on easy with this song....I'm not even attempting it at medium. Just recently my yellow button is acting funny...I have to take the neck apart and give it the old NES cartridge blow to make it work.

Actually, if the notes on the "fret board" are glowing white, then you don't need to hit the strum bar at all (other than the first note)..just the correctly-colored button. The entire beginning section of the song is doable with just hitting the strum bar on the first note.

I

NEVER

KNEW

THAT!!

I am going to go try that out!

p.s. Me -- TTFAF -- 65% on medium -- without knowing this fact.

It's hard, but yeah. It was a while before I learned that too :) If there's a series of glowing notes, you just have to hit/strum the last non-glowing one and then just touch the fret buttons on all of the glowing ones. But if you miss even ONE of the glowing buttons, then you'll keep missing them all until you strum another one.

I've beaten TTFAF on medium around 80%.

BTW, it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to beat Cliffs of Dover on hard or above without that strumming trick. They're called hammer-ons, and cliffs of dover has TONS of them.

meh, it might be worth the effort if the song was any good.

and the Cult of Personality 's main riff / My Name is Jonas gets a lot easier as well

sadly i'm stuck at the 7th chapter on hard ... the jump from the 6th is simply too big ... especially with 3s and 7s and of course the last third of Knights of Cydonia which is already a neckbreaker on medium for some ;)

where your at currently in the campaign Praxis ?

PS:
that said if anybody wants to play some rounds online (wii version here) on medium, first half of hard drop me a line .. i 'll play koop or duels

That's mindblowing.

Although I have to admit that I find it funny that fret tapping is a necessary strategy to play the game now.

I kind of slowed down playing a couple months ago...I left off at the very last chapter on Hard mode, I can't beat One.

I got an 800 note streak with no misses and still lost in that last minute when it goes nuts.

Damn, impressive as hell. Now we just need someone to do Devil Went Down to Georgia and One by Metallica

That is amazing! I'm still trying to hit 100% on easy, but I always seem to mess up on just a random easy spot.

I don't care how long he took to learn that. That bypasses sad and lonely, and goes straight to "wtf!? that is the bestest thing evur."

Seriously ace. I can get 85ish% in medium
