Hi

I've got my original windows installer CD, but threw the packaging away years ago which includes the cd key. I dont have the PC any more to retrieve the key using jellybean etc, so am a bit stuck. Can anyone advise? PM me if its a bit dodge, tho any legit assistance equally appreciated!

Ok, assuming it's not pirated, (I believe you cause I've done this before) go ahead and install the OS, then when it comes time to authenticate, call support. I did this and it authenticated without my even having to talk to a warm body.

And, nirav464, in case you didn't notice, pirating is not something to be showing off, at least not on this forum.

thanks to all those that posted helpful advice, it was a fairly tedious process, but now fully authenticated.
