breaking up a very large mp3 file

I downloaded a free album from an artist off her myspace page. The problem is that the album is one BIG mp3 file. Does anyone know of a program that I can use to add "breaks" in between the songs? I plan on adding the ID tags to the songs. I am running leopard 10.5.3.

Nero8 Burner also. But you have to put the file into a media player and listen to for were the breaks should be and type them into Nero. Kinda a pain thou.
