Defective Screen, easy return?

i bought a 24" white 2.16 imac from the refurb store

i was wondering if i were to find a gradient, yellowing, dead pixel or some kind of screen issue, would apple allow me to return it (without having to argue) to the apple store/send me a prepaid box and give me full refund w/out paying the restocking fee?
