3G iPhone has to have an FCC listing sometime by the WWDC Keynote if it is to to on sale right?
Is anyone digging through the FCC filings to see if the new iPhone made it?

No, my understanding is Apple can ask for the FCC to keep the documents hidden for a little, so the can launch it first.

Yes, whenever they're going to put it on sale, the FCC report will have to show up by or on that day.
Anyone can search. Just go here:
FCC Authorization Search (http://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/GenericSearch.cfm)
Enter "BCG" in the first field, the Grantee Code. That's Apple.
For the Grant Date Range, put something like 06/01/2008 to 06/08/2008 (or whatever day it currently is).
Then click on Details for anything that shows up.

You think, that with less than 24 hours to go, they'd release the FCC ruling just before the keynote?
It's probably embargoed till tomorrow *afternoon* perhaps. Check for yourself what Apple and the FCC did last time.

last time Apple announced the iPhone 6 months before launch.
Totally different scenario this time around.

The iPhone will be announced tomorrow during the keynote and will soon after appear on the FCC website. I'd bet anything on it.

no, they were told by apple to keep all the info confidential and nothing to be release until confirmation by apple.

Once the authorization is granted, the test results become public. Nothing can stop that sequence.
What Apple can do, however, is ask that the grant itself be delayed. Accomplishes the same thing, of course.
