Sold my iPhone - need some advice

I sold my iPhone on ebay.

I'm planning on using ziphone 3.0 to unlock (I've previously used 2.5). Does anyone have any experience with 3.0? good/bad?

Also, do I just take my SIM out and ship it? and I've activated it in iTunes already, is that a problem?

i did the same thing.

i suggest restoring it to factory defaults in itunes first, which clears the data. then run the 'jailbreak, unlock, and activate' in ziphone and you're done.
