Does 2.0 include the JSU?

2 quick questions:

1. Does the 2.0 update coming in early July include the JSU? Because Amazon has the Touch w/o the updated software for $250. If the 2.0 update has the JSU, I would only be spending $260+tax/shipping. If it doesn't the $10 bucks off would be paid in shipping...

2. What is Apple's policy about price drops? I really want a Touch and can't stand to wait any longer after waiting for today's events. There has been some rumors that there may be a price drop soon for the Touch because the iPhone is cheaper. So how many weeks would I have if I bought the Touch now and waited for the price drop and still get the price drop?

1. Probably not, but it wasn't officially announced.
2. They will honor any changes in the product or price within 14 days. No more than that.

not necessarily. I just called the Fashion Island Apple store and the guy that talked to me said I would have to buy the update even though I had purchased the ipod touch a week ago.

(but then again, the 2.0 update isnt coming out till the end of the month?)
