So let's say, I'm able to pick up a refurb'ed 16GB today (after 6/9/08) at an ATT store... You're telling me, on 7/11, I can go to ATT and just swap it for the new 16GB 3G phone?

I guess...but, why would you want to pay more for one now, when you can get it on July 11 for $199?
I have an 8GB now, if I hold on to it til 7/11, resale value of it is gonna go down...
I can get about $200 for it if I sell it now... willing to take a $150 hit for a refurbed 16GB ($350) to rock out until then...
Basically, I wanted to know if:
-it had to be purchased BETWEEN 5/27 and 6/9
-refurbed iPhones are eligible for the swap
