I have had three movies lately that seem to go through the workflow to iTunes without issue, but fail to play. The untagged Handbrake file plays fine with VLC, but once MetaX gets it tagged and sends it to iTunes it will not play.

Anyone else experience this lately? I'm running version 2.4.5

i've had this problem too

in addition, metax isn't retrieving tags from tagchimp and when i use the info from amazon, the artwork isn't showing up when i import it to itunes

If you could provide more details I could probably help. What container, file, conversion in handbrake is it, etc?

I find that Rodney the developer of MetaX to be more helpful if you e-mail him.
