I downloaded a iTunes store MPEG4 (m4v) to itunes but when I try to sync, it tells me my Ipod can't play this movie. According to the movie reviews, other people have had the same problem. It's not a sync setup issue. The movie is selected to sync and I have sync'd other movies. The movie details are:
