AT&T Question

I was going to buy an iPod touch, but now im kind of angry at the iPhone price drop... Yes, I know... AT&T is paying for it, they make more money over the long run etc. yeah, I get it.
But...
Does AT&T have any sort of 30 day money back guarantee? I was thinking about just buying an iPhone with a $30 data plan, then saying I am not satisfied and canceling it.

Do you think you get to keep the phone if you say you aren't satisfied? It needs to be returned if you cancel service.
