Application icon instead of Mozilla

hello, i have reinstalled panther a couple of times..and sometimes when i drag an application from somewhere..it appears as an applicatin icon,this happens like 3 times on mozilla..when i drag the file into my folder..it did not show a mozilla icon..instead it shows an application icon..does anyone have this problem?

Yer I'm starting to get some icon issues, mostly no icon or a blur of pixels.

I had no problems or issues with my 10.3 install.
