Hi guys,

I want to record in game footage from one or two computer consoles (quite old) as part of a review. I only have the cables that are yellow (video); red and white for the stereo channels.

Is there some kind of medium-priced accessory and software on the market that would let me record the output effectively?

I had a search but didn't find what I was after as the search terms are quite specific. Was hoping someone here might help. :)

Many thanks for reading.

Some DV cameras have composite video input that will allow you to capture it through your camera. An alternate solution is to get an analog-to-digital video converter, such as the ones from Canopus (http://www.canopus.com/products/ADVC110/index.php) (I have one, it's great).
