Apple coming out with New Laptop Soon?

I am wanting and in need of a laptop and am thinking of purchasing a new MacBook.....is there any word if there is a new laptop coming out from Apple, I know the MacBook air just recently came out and new revisions with the others, I just want to know...thanks

What is most likely going to happen is that Apple will announce an event (if it's a major revision) and we will likely see it then but the soonest we will know this is a week in advance (like the iMac last year) and it most likely won't happen until next month.

well, it looks like these new apple laptops are about to come out they say in about 8-9 months. However, they look really pricey, and I don't really see how this is going to make typing much easier:
