Yet another in the stupidest Apple attacks from NZ. I realize that MS has a complete throttlehold on the country's institutions and Enterprise but really, this article is so inaccurate and the sources for the "analysis" are Zenprise.
Quoting from their website--- "Zenprise troubleshoots BlackBerry and Microsoft Exchange issues for the largest global environments. Enterprises like Sony, Northwest Airlines, Verizon Wireless, Sears and HCA use Zenprise to prevent mobile user problems."
Clearly, an unbiased source!!!
They need to get a grip but I fear there is nothing there!

To be fair but Computerworld (NZ) just used an article from Computerworld (USA) so don't blame New Zealand too much...

We love Apple here :apple:
So do we, but let's face it, IT departments everywhere are scared of Apple. They don't like it when Apple makes everything easy. It threatens their job security. Look at this quote:
A support organisation needs to be established by Apple to troubleshoot iPhone software problems, Datoo said.
The iPhone's been out for almost a year, and are consumers clamoring for more support? No, yet we're supposed to believe that IT departments full of "experts" will need help!
What he's really saying is that Apple has committed the unpardonable sin of creating a platform that doesn't need IT for anything more than blocking porn, resetting passwords, and wiping lost phones.
