No visual voicemail for new countries?

Anyone else noticed that it seems Apple is not including visual voicemail in all the new countries?

If you read through this page (http://www.apple.com/iphone/features/phone.html) for different countries, you'll see that the countries that allready had the iPhone mentions Visual Voicemail, but the countries that are new, does not mention anything.

Examples with visual voicemail:UK (http://www.apple.com/uk/iphone/features/phone.html) DE (http://www.apple.com/de/iphone/features/phone.html)

Examples without visual voicemail:NO (http://www.apple.com/no/iphone/features/phone.html) DK (http://www.apple.com/dk/iphone/features/phone.html)

On my private phone I don't use much voicemail, anyways - but for work it could have been great with the visual voicemail feature. I hope they're not dropping it..

It's not Apple that'd be dropping it. The carriers have to create servers for it.

The Canadian site says you can use visual voice mail (http://www.apple.com/ca/iphone/features/phone.html).
