Selling MacBook - Have a Few Questions

Where, all things considered, is the best place to sell my MacBook? I don't have a lot of feedback on eBay - does this make a lot of difference if I choose to sell it there?

Also, I no longer have the original box/packaging. How should I go about packing my MacBook when the time comes? Is there a place online where I can conveniently purchase Macbook shipping materials?
