Yes, this is definitly starting to go downhill. I guess it's inevitible as a company and product becomes more popular....

They've been strict to make sure selling computers with proper licenses - which is okay.

But, it seems to be okay now to buy and sell the physical 3G iPhone before it's retail release...



This CLEARLY breaks Apple's Non-Disclosure-Agreements....

Sadly, this breaks nothing but a little common sense, the OP is perfectly able to ask the question, IF a seller appears and agrees a sale, only then would the NDA be breached.

Sure you could argue the OP is inciting a breach of NDA by his request, but that breaks no law, civil or otherwise.
