iSight Camera problem

I am trying to get my iSight Camera to work through FF and have tried Camino but not safari , the sites I am using it at are using the Flash extension or plugin which I have , everything is configured from what the documentation says and I followed it step by step but all I get is a white screen where my face is supposed to be.

Also if this is in the wrong area please move it and notify me of where its supposed to be.
