Make 1 folder larger on the desktop?

Hello All,

I have quite a few folders on my desktop, and it would help if I could make 1 or 2 of them larger than all of the rest (easier to see). Is this possible? I haven't been able to find a way, but I may just be missing something really simple.
 
Right click, add color label. I find they stand out well.

as far as I know you can't make a single one bigger than the rest
