Battery saving tip

[HP3000HYD]

I am a novice with my TOUCH,
but i have done some researching on it.

When charging it it is said to turn off "wi fi"
connection, for that could slow down the charging.

Also, after recharged, to turn the "auto-lock" to no more than 3 minutes.

Any truth to this?

No offense meant by this, but seeing as though the device has been on the market since September 2007,
these methods of battery preservation you are stating are quite common knowledge by now.
