Worth the wait?

Is it worth waiting for these new CPU's that are rumored to come out late july/early august? Im planning on buying a 2.4 penryn the second week of july but Im wondering if I should/have to wait longer...

I think the 2.4's will be replaced with the new 2.53ghz. Not a huge bump really but it should be cooler and easier on the battery. I'm just hoping for aluminium and LED though
