and might switch over to a 29 dollour cap vodafone
if i do will i be able to buy the fone off vodafone for 199

Hey KainAussie. Unfortunately no you won't be able to buy the iPhone unlocked for $199. That's the subsidised price if you buy on contract. If you buy it outright you're looking at at least double that price. We'll find out for sure when vodafone release their pricing info however.
