Doesn't seem to show Apple stores (or their website) as being one of the options:

http://www.apple.com/uk/iphone/buy/

I'm in London that day as well.

sonofabitch™ if you can't buy it in the Apple Stores... But it makes sense, seeing as we're all seemingly losing the activation through iTunes option.

Obviously, I'll not be bothering with London on the 11th.

I toyed with the idea of Regent Street but I think it'll be the local O2 here in Hammersmith

Absolutely! Don't buy anythig from Carphone Wharehouse. I did once, never again.

You should make sure that you have signed up on the o2 website if you want to make sure you get the new iPhone on day one:

Rubbish. Not impressed. O2 should be ashamed of themselves with this complete farce.

O2 stores only processing via paperwork. Carphone whorehouse only have 8GB devices. Apple stores having iphones but no way of selling.

Is there any stock left of the black 16GB iPhones at the Regent Street Apple Store?

Has anyone been to the Regent Street store first thing in the last few days? Are people still queuing for iPhones at opening time?
