Webapp to tell what service provider a number is with?

Is there a web app out there that lets you put in a cell phone number and have it tell you what phone service the number is with or even better give you an MMS / SMS email link?
 
The Reverse Cell Phone Number Tracer/Lookup apps can do that I believe.

But it costs money to get that info...I think only the location is shown for free.
