I'm about to purchase a refurb 30" Cinema Display! This is big! I can't wait!

Only it wasn't an ACD - I got tired of waiting for new ACD displays, so I just bought the Dell 30" (2007 version) for 1199. It should come today! I'll use it and two of my old 21" 1600x1200 displays running portrait!

I was told to avoid refurb ACDs. But let us know how it goes :) I'm interested in getting one as well.

I'll say this - the 30" Dell is awesome! I have some old monitors running next to it, and they look so dull in comparison.

Too late I did it already! It was just in a brown box anyway nothing special. But its huge! I had to make some changes in my desk arrangement because it didn't fit the way I had it before! I love it though.

Nice! I know you will seriously enjoy it! I wish I had room for a 30" but I had to settle for 23".

Congrats on the purchase! I just got myself one of these babies and you're right about having to make changes to my desk, it's HUGE!

Now I'm trying to figure out whether or not to run the 23inch ACD it's replacing alongside it or sell it. :)
