Is there an easy way to revert from 10.5.3 to 10.5.2?
Hopefully keeping everything so I don´t need to re-install every program, plugin and so. Is that possible?

what is wrong 10.5.3 works so great on my system just curious to what it is that everyone is having problems with?

Well 10.5.3 works fine but I got some hardware that doesn´t play very nice with 10.5.3. So for now it seems that I need to revert to 10.5.2.

It's easy if you've got a Time Machine backup. Just do it from the Leopard DVD. Make sure you backup everything that's been done since you installed .3 or it'll erase it.

Any other way? I don´t have a Time Machine backup from 10.5.2.
So the only way is to make a new 10.5.2 install and then install every program & plugin again?

You can either live with 10.5.3 or perform an archive and install of anything prior to 10.5.3

Hackintosh FTL 😛

Seriously though, looking at the Mac's you have listed in your sig, what isn't playing nice?

after i installed 10.5.3 on my 08 mac pro, i couldn't boot without a kernel panic.

lucky me had a time machine drive in the system, so it only cost me 4-5 hours to revert back to my previous OS version.

you might have to archive/install.

funny that i've had to re-install or restore from backup Leopard 3 times on my mac pro, and my XP boot camp install has been rock-solid.

I think my mac is the best PC i've ever had. And it's better than my mac Mac.
