Error message after download on installer

Ok, So I want to install Summerboard and other random apps. But when I do...
it just says "Package download failed". I try refreshing... and I am right next to my wireless router.... then try again... but same thing happens.

Ok... now I try to unistall and update... but the same message comes up.

try to press "clean queue" maybe another app cannot download and is first in the queue...
