I have a previous model of the MBP (2.2ghz Santa Rose, 15.4") which has been working flawlessly until I had my motherboard replaced two weeks ago. I am running Leopard and always had my Firewall set to "Set access for specific services and applications."

After getting my computer back from Apple with a new motherboard, now I'm having issues connecting to the internet at times unless I switch the firewall setting to "Allow all incoming connections". Basically when I wake my computer up from sleep, I won't be able to access any websites or connect iChat to AIM until I change that firewall setting to "Allow all incoming connections". Once I'm connected, I can switch it back to 'Set access for specific services and applications" and everything will work fine.

10.5.3 just came out recently too so it might be something to do with that and nothing to do with the motherboard replacement, but this problem only started occurring after I got the computer back from Apple.

Any ideas? Thanks. Computer is going back to Apple here soon for a new CD/DVD drive replacement and to fix my firewire port (cable barely locks in and disconnects very easily).
