Publishing a web-site from iWeb to yahoo

Ok, I am (obviously) a new mac user and have created a website w/ iWeb, have published it with .Mac but am needing to publish it to my host - yahoo

does anyone know how to help? please :)

Its a two step process.

Publish to Folder first.

Then use FTP/SFTP to upload those files to Yahoo. Fugu (http://rsug.itd.umich.edu/software/fugu/), Cyberduck (http://cyberduck.ch/), or Filezilla (http://filezilla-project.org/download.php)should be able to help with the uploading part.
