Very strange graphical stretching error

I am having a bit of a problem. Recently I noticed that text on the screen was a little stretched here and there. Then I realized that the screen has been moved "up", if you know what I mean. It is almost as if it has been stretched above the lcd size. I can tell this because some of the apple logo is too high on the screen to be seen.

My computer:

Intel iMac 1.83 with 1.5GB RAM and an ATI X1600.

Any ideas?

EDIT: woops, sorry, turns out I had zoom on.
