Problems after Tryin to restore Ipod Touch

I accidently bricked itt...which obviously suckedd and now while trying to restore it, its not working. After all is done a window comes up saying an error has occurred and after that it says something about my apple mobile device...i have no idea whats goin on. N e help!?:confused::confused::confused::(

I'd try:
a) A different USB port
or
b) a different computer.

Various peoples have had success with either.
