I am a recent apple convert and I found out that snow Leopard is coming out next year and I want to upgrade next year but I have an MBA and since I have only 80 GB of space, I need to preserve it. I am wondering if it would be possible to remove the installed OS to free up space to install the new OS when it comes out?

Do they have tutorials about this?

Thanks

When installing the new OS you'll have the option to erase & install or upgrade.

Although, you really needn't worry about it; regardless of your installation method your final storage space use should be equivalent.
